This is a Drupal CMS Virtual Appliance. You can use this virtual computer to develop Drupal Sites before uploading them to your hosting service like, goDaddy.

Drupal 5.25 and Drupal 6.15 are installed and fully functional. During the configuration of the server the following service were installed and/or configured

  • Apache2 mod_rewrite: Required for clean URLs are configured and setup to function on both Drupal 5 and Drupal 6.
  • GD Libraries installed and configured.

This is the first installation of Monomaxos for this site. Monomaxos has a beautiful desktop and has some of the characteristics of both Windows Vista and Mac OS X. This is the English installation.

You will be able to upgrade from tomorrow, but you can get the full ISO image today. A brand new look: new icon theme, a modified version of Victor Castillejos's GNOME Colors; new wallpaper which is part of the new visual profile (i.e. on Twitter); new splash screen and login screen. Fixed bugs: lots of bugs fixed; many upgrades, like Songbird and Flash.

I did some searching for a new and different distribution. This is the first VirtualBoxImages release of EasyPeasy. The distribution has promise and I am looking forward to future releases. This release has an issue where the Ubuntu installer starts up with the desktop. Just Cancel the installer and you'll be fine.
