-= Qimo4Kids 2.0 Virtual Appliance =-

The long awaited release of the second edition of Qimo4Kids Linux Operating system is now available as a VirtualBox Virtual Appliance.

The virtual appliance has the VBoxGuestAdditions installed. Both mouse integration and "Auto Screen Resize" work well. See build notes regarding running updates.

Additional Notes for "Applying Security Updates":
When Qimo4Kids boots up the system uses the user name "Qimo" which has very little security access.
In order to gain a higher level of access logout from the menu
Login as user "adminuser" password "adminuser"
After the desktop is displayed you will be able to apply updates.
Remember to reboot the machine when you are complete so that the system logs back in as "Qimo"
